People who are interested to export cosmetics into Japan

We conduct components analysis of cosmetic products, quasi drugs and raw materials (cosmetic)
locally or abroad. Upon completion, we will issue the test results in a certification listing the results.

	We will send a flow of “Bloom import representative services” and an analytical test request paper upon confirmation by email.
	Please send back to us the request paper with the types of products to be tested.
	We will examine the requested items for test and inform you about the date for results delivery.
	Analysis fee is advance payment as a general rule. We will start to analysis accordingly your request after confirm your payment. We require an advance payment before we can commence the request for components analysis.
	Upon testing completion, we will send the advance reports to you via e-mail.
